Valley of Five Polish Ponds

alley of Five Polish Ponds is situated in the Tatra Mountains
. Four kilometre long and covering 6,5 square kilometres, the valley has six year-round ponds and several other seasonal ones, covering altogether 61,25 hectares. The largest ponds are: Przedni
(34,6m deep), Mały (21m), Wielki
(79,3m – the deepest pond in the Tatras), Czarny (50,4m) and Zadni (31,6m deep, 1890m above the sea level).
