he Valley of Five Polish Ponds is situated in the Tatra Mountains
, in Poland. Four kilometre long and covering 6,5 square kilometres, the valley has six ponds: Przedni (Front), Mały (Small), Wielki (Great), Czarny (Black), Zadni (Back), and Wole Oko (Bull’s Eye) that is periodic and turns fully into ice in winter.
The Wielki Polish Pond
is situated at 1665 m asl. with the area of 34.14 ha and depth of 79.3 m. The Mały Polish Pond
has area of 0,18 ha and depth of 2,1 m. The Przedni Polish Pond has area of 7,72 ha and depth of 34,6 m. The Czarny Polish Pond has area of 12,65 ha and depth of 50,4 m. The Zadni Polish Pond has area of 6,46 ha and depth of 31,6 m.
